Nice place for the money. Personnel is professional and discreet, it is clean and generally well located and welcoming for all you can do in OC, regardless the weather. The drawdowns: toilets: these are the low seats. Rare nowadays and incredibly uncomfortable if you are a real person and not a model. Then, there’re no hooks anywhere in the room. Nowhere to hang stuff. Beach is easily accessible but beware it’s north OC: we’re talking a very narrow strip of sand. Also worth noting on the positive side: excellent beds and top notch ac, not noisy and keeps temps well. Marshlands panorama are worthy. Just gorgeous.

Each year our group visits for Super Bowl weekend. Meghan and the staff have never disappointed us. This year with the frigid cold weather, there were heating issues at Dennys restaurant which caused them to be closed. The bay side rooms could not keep up with the near 0 temps. All of this out of the control of the hotel and staff. I personally witnessed maintenance staff and contractors addressing the issue. Space heaters were purchased for the conference room to keep our party comfortable.I would highly recommend this as a place to stay. We will be returning!

I just wanted to thank the hotel staff for their excellent service during my stay. Everyone was professional, friendly, and incredibly helpful. The hotel was spotless—one of the cleanest I’ve ever visited. Truly a wonderful experience! The most outstanding and friendly worker is Megan Campbell, job well done!!!!

This place was Great. The Denny’s beside was great for breakfast. The room I stayed in was great! No Mice or bed bugs and the A/C worked! The other reviewed reported of it. The room was very clean, till I left! The front desk lady’s were very kind I don’t know why everyone said they were rude old lady’s. The two lady’s that were at the front desk when i left were so kind. This hotel is very close to the ocean qaurter mile walking distance. I would recommend staying here. The reviews might be bad but don’t believe them this place is great! And Also a great view of the Marsh!

When I first came in, I checked it checked the beds. They they were very clean. The bathroom was very clean. The staff was friendly and easy to talk to if I needed towels or any other things such as trash bags you can get 10% off your meal if you go to any of the close restaurants, such as Denny’s, an Italian restaurant, and the original green turtle if you show your key card. The beach is across the street (5 minutes walking distance) Just don’t forget to bring a wagon so you don’t have to carry it all in, which is very convenient, but just to let you know, it is 20 minutes away from the boardwalk so you will have to drive and pay for parking. Other than that, they have a smoking area outside and I really enjoyed my stay. The only downside is the walls are thin so you might hear kids or people loud in the halls.

The room was clean and cozy. The staff were friendly and helpful when we forgot something in the room after checkout. The view from the indoor pool was very nice. Connected dennys and convenient location next to a shopping center.

Cody at the front desk was amazing ! Great customer service, knowledgeable with a smile . Room was clean, the view was amazing , The older lady that did check out seemed miserable. I asked about ice water, she was less than pleased and directed me the gym.

This hotel is a little ways from the board walk but nice to be away from the busy area of the beach. The room was very clean. The bed was very comfortable. The hotel rates are reasonable as well.
